CLAIMS DISCLAIMER
At AKESON PLUMBING, we sell and install
plumbing parts and fixtures, but we don’t sell MEDICAL
DEVICES, so we can’t make health claims. And there’s
also laws and penalties concerning this.
California Health and Safety Code
number 116835, and California Business and Professions Code
number 17577 want any product that health claims are made
for, to be certified first, by the state. Knowing this, and
knowing that the water conditioning and filtration appliances
that I sell are not medical devices, I’m going to refrain
from pretending they are, so I’m not going to make any
kind of claim that could be confused as a health claim. I’ll
talk instead about healthy household piping, and the like.
What I’ll tell you is that the foreign material removed
by top-of-the-line water treatment equipment, if it had a
chance, would stick to, clog up, or maybe even EAT your plumbing
possessions, which then WILL cost you a small fortune. Really
good equipment will keep your plumbing fixtures, piping, and
possessions cleaner, inside and out, the finish easier to
shine, with all that CRUD gone. WHAT CRUD?? Here’s a

crystals or sludge, and cause damage and maybe eventually
failure. (to your plumbing)
Since I’m not in the business
of making health claims one way or another, I can’t
say if any of these chemicals or compounds might do a person
actual harm; but I can assure you this; with top-of-the-line
water treatment equipment online, you can be confident in
the safety of your piping and fixtures! Also, I’m not
suggesting that ALL of these things are in your water all
at once; no, these are only possibilities; the only way to
know for sure is to get your water tested.
